Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddleboards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.

- upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. - guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message tower 17 properties prior to submitting their request Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from tower 17 properties and management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised.
